Fourteen fire crews have been working from night hours (between Saturday and Sunday) in two large thorn fires in the Golan and Kiryat Shmona.
One fire in the Had Nes area and the mountainous Jordan, where firefighters with the help of the Nature and Parks Authority stopped the fire from reaching the Had Nes settlement.
At this point the firefighting squadron was launched to assist the forces on the ground.

In a second arena in the southern industrial area of Kiryat Shmona in a fire that spread under the auspices of the winds and endangered the factories and businesses.
Teams of firefighters are working to contain the flames.
