Last night, three other people were killed in a serious car accident on Road 465 at the Ofarim junction in Binyamin.
This is a frontal collision between an Israeli and a Palestinian vehicle.
MDA teams at the scene are treating three seriously injured.
Among the dead was a six-year-old boy after resuscitation operations on him, MDA teams were forced to determine his death.
The injured - all seriously - including a nine-year-old girl, and a man and woman in their 30s, were evacuated to Sheba-Tel Hashomer and Beilinson hospitals.
Preliminary investigation reveals that the Palestinian vehicle coming from the direction of the village of Shukba, from south to north, apparently made a U-turn in a continuous dividing line, an Israeli vehicle coming from the opposite lane and driving towards Modi'in collided with the side of the Palestinian vehicle that made a U-turn.
