Tijuana returns to normal, but patrolling will continue in much of Baja California

Little by little, the city is recovering calm after the burning of vehicles and other violent incidents on Friday, August 12. The arrival of more than 300 military personnel, and the arrest of 17 people, have contributed to the return of normality.
