No immediate return to prison for Tony Vairelles and three of his brothers.
Recognized guilty this Monday, May 16 by the correctional court of Nancy (Meurthe-et-Moselle) of intentional violence in a meeting with weapons, and sentenced to prison terms, the siblings announced in the afternoon, by the voice of her lawyers, that she intended to appeal the judgment, thus suspending the execution of the sentence.
“Sending people to prison on the basis of the elements present in this file is not the exercise of good justice”, estimates Me Frédéric Berna, one of their defenders.
