After the poignant testimonies this Tuesday morning of the child survivors of the Millas accident, a collision between a school bus and a TER on December 14, 2017 in the Pyrénées-Orientales, which left six dead and seventeen seriously injured, the court correctional of Marseille looked into the elements of investigation and expertise which continue to undermine the defense of Nadine O, the driver of the bus, the only defendant in this painful file.
It persists in fact in its version where it would have passed on the level crossing while the barriers were lifted.
