Luo Hung-fai (57), a Tuen Mun man, was suspected of hiking alone last Saturday (23). He did not know where he ended up after leaving his home in Longmen, wearing hiking shoes and carrying a big rucksack.
The police received a report from the victim’s family the next day and conducted searches for several days. On the sixth day of today (28th), the police finally found the victim on a hillside near Lung Yiu Street, Castle Peak at 2 pm, but he was confirmed to be dead. The cause of death has yet to be determined after an autopsy.
