Turkey: Angela Merkel talks with Erdogan in Istanbul

(ANSA) - ROME, OCTOBER 16 - The meeting between the outgoing German Chancellor Angela Merkel and the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan at the Huber Kosku in Istanbul, a villa on the Bosphorus between the offices of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey, has just begun.

At the end of the meeting, a press conference is planned between the Turkish head of state and the outgoing German Chancellor.
