(ANSA) - LIDO DI CAMAIORE (LUCCA), 11 AUG - Two mortal men in the waters in front of the Paradiso and Abetone baths in Lido diCamaiore (Lucca) in the late afternoon.
They both died in the water at almost the same time and within a short distance of each other.
They have an apparent age of 55-60 years.
One of them was at sea farther from the shore, the other closer to the shore.
When the lifeguards saw them they intervened but unfortunately there was nothing they could do.
On the spot two self-medications and two ambulances plus the staff of the harbor master's office for the reliefs.
Identifications and reconstructions of what happened are in progress.
The two were not customers of the establishments and next to it there is a free beach.
