Likud and Defense Minister blamed on meeting yesterday between prime minister and defense minister, likely to end - and by night, the two were scheduled • This morning, Likud MK MK Zohar said that the party "is working to stabilize the coalition"

Netanyahu and Gantz return to joint activity: After a blue-and-white chairman stepped out in the middle of their meeting yesterday (Wednesday) following a statement by Minister Miri Regev against him, he and the prime minister met tonight and continued their discussions.

Tensions arose in the coalition after Minister Miri Regev claimed in an interview that Benny Gantz was "not due to be prime minister." This morning, Likud MK Micki Zohar, head of the Likud faction, made it clear that they were "working to stabilize the coalition for the entire agreed period, and even more so."

Following the trial of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, which opened earlier this week, MK Zohar claimed that in the Likud, the replacement prime minister did not ask Gantz not to attack Netanyahu around the first hearing in the Jerusalem District Court. "We are not attacking Blue and White," Zohar added, "but the persecution of the Prime Minister who has crossed every border."

On the other hand, MK Eitan Ginzburg, chairman of the Blue and White faction, addressed an interview with the PM on criticism directed by Prime Minister Netanyahu against the judicial system and the police at the beginning of his trial.

Gisenburg claimed that in his party, "Netanyahu says that is" offensive. These are unacceptable things. We will stand as a wall in order to protect the rule of law, but there is no point in raising the flames. "

Regev's rapturous remarks, which followed his party's interlude, sparked a meeting yesterday with Netanyahu - in which he reprimanded his party for violating government unity. He added that apologies were expected in white and blue.

Meanwhile, in an interview with "Today Israel" published today, Prime Minister Netanyahu referred, among other things, to the establishment of the unity government with Gantz and White Blue, saying "this national reconciliation is to do the right thing."

Regarding the trial that is being conducted against him, Netanyahu argued that even among the left-wing voters, some believe that "the things that have been done against me and the ways in which the public vote are very big, are things that will not be done in a democratic regime."
