Today, the US Department of Justice announced the arrest of the founder of an extremist right-wing group calling itself the “Oath Guards” for his involvement in the storming of the US Congress headquarters early last year.
And American media quoted the ministry as saying that “Stuart Rhodes” and 10 members of his right-wing group were charged with “sedition” and “incitement conspiracy” during the attack that took place on January 6, 2021 on the Capitol Building.
This is the most serious accusation leveled so far against the participants in the storming of the Capitol building during the confirmation hearing for Joe Biden's victory in the presidency, and the conviction for it can reach up to 20 years in prison.
