(ANSA) - NEW YORK, JUN 17 - The governor of Texas, GregAbbott, signs the provision that allows the holding of an armada without license, controls and training.
As of September 1, anyone over the age of 21 in the state will be able to circulate with a firearm unless a criminal offender or subject to particular legal restrictions.
The measure has for some time led to discussions with the arms organizations that have shouted scandal, convinced that the measure increases the risks for citizens.
