After a long standstill, numerous providers are now announcing international cruises again.
An overview of what is possible in 2021.
Cruise ships had to take a
corona-related break for
about a year
.
Thanks to an increased range of tests, increasing vaccination rates and falling incidence values, the passenger ships are now allowed to set sail again.
In Germany, cruises from Kiel have been possible again since the weekend of Pentecost.
In the coming year you will probably be able to
travel
to the
Baltic Sea, the Mediterranean or the Caribbean again
.
With some shipping companies, however, only vaccinated people are allowed on board - and only if the second dose was at least 14 days ago.

Cruises with Tui Cruises
Tui Cruises is one of the few shipping companies that has also offered cruises in winter despite the corona pandemic.
Tui Cruises is now expanding its range.
Before leaving, vacationers need two negative test results from this provider.
