The second round of lottery conditions: at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine before September 30
All Hong Kong permanent residents who have reached the age of 18 on or before September 30, 2021 and have completed at least one dose of the new crown vaccine in Hong Kong are eligible for the lottery.
Those who have previously registered for the first round of the lucky draw but did not win the ultimate prize will automatically be included in the second round of the lucky draw without additional registration. Those who have only completed one dose of the vaccine can start the morning of September 2, 2021 Register to participate in the second round of the lucky draw from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm on September 30, 2021.
