The police quickly understand the reasons for this.
Tegernbach - 1.9 per mille and an unsuitable speed were the reason that a 39-year-old man from the Freising district landed in the village of Rudelzhausen im Graben on Sunday at around 6:10 p.m.
The driver's license is gone for now.
The Opel driver was driving on the FS 38 district road from Haslach in the direction of Tegernbach when, at Peterloh, “due to inappropriate speed in a left bend, he initially turned slightly to the right and then completely to the left of the lane in the following right bend - with the result that the car came to a standstill in the adjacent field, ”said the police report.
In doing so, he damaged two traffic signs, a delineator post and the asphalt (property damage around 1500 euros).
The vehicle was totaled, it had to be towed.
Ambulance brings driver to hospital
The driver suffered minor injuries and was taken to hospital by ambulance.
Since the officers found the driver to have a "clear smell of alcohol", a breath alcohol test was carried out.
This resulted in a value of 1.9 per mille.
For this reason, a blood sample had to be carried out and the driver's license secured.
The Tegernbach fire brigade took care of the clearing and cleaning work on site.
