In recent months, with the massive return of foreign visitors, the Pont d'Iéna has become the ultimate spot to take the perfect selfie with the Eiffel Tower in the background.
No matter the risks incurred or the inconvenience caused, hordes of visitors crowd the middle of the road and cars to create a sensation on social networks.
“You have to go fast, fast, fast, so as not to be run over,” explains a tourist from New Jersey, in the United States.
“It's more risky in the evening, adds Giulia, a young Ukrainian photographer.
But in Paris, “you absolutely have to have THE photo”.

The police may threaten passers-by with a fine, but many cross the road and capture the unique shot in front of the Iron Lady.
“It's more fun and interactive to take a picture of yourself in the middle of cars,” admits John, who didn't hesitate to lug his suitcase around to take his selfie.
“In Paris, this is the place to visit.
We always want to leave with a beautiful image of the Eiffel Tower”, proclaims the tourist.
