This is the note that the Parisian demonstrators decided to award to the government this Sunday, after the adoption of the “climate and resilience” law by the elected members of the National Assembly.

Everywhere in France, and despite the numerous showers, several thousand people marched during “marches for the climate”, at the call of the left and several organizations.

They denounce "a missed meeting for the climate" and demand a more ambitious law.

"The climate law which was adopted by the National Assembly no later than last Tuesday was very seriously unraveled, to put it mildly, in relation to the demands made by the Citizen's Convention for the climate", indignant Patrick Maupin, representative of Greenpeace in Bordeaux.

"We do not have the right not to be there today, it is imperative that our demands are heard everywhere", adds in the procession from Bordeaux Vanessa, artist and activist for Surfrider Foundation.

The protests come as rumors circulate about the government's abandonment of the organization of a referendum aimed at enshrining climate protection in the Constitution.

Information denied by executive.
