In recent days, the heavyweights of property development (Nexity, Bouygues, Kauffman & Broad, Ogic, etc.) have been increasing the number of gifts to speed up the sale of their apartments.
Nexity has just launched a vast radio, TV and station display campaign: the group is offering notary fees and 1,000 euros of contribution via a pot system, and this on almost all of its buildings, until October 31.
Bouygues, for its part, offers notary fees and a discount of 2,000 euros per item on nearly 250 programs.
