A strong easterly airstream is affecting the coast of Guangdong.
At 5 am today (20th), Super Typhoon Shuliji gathered about 570 kilometers east of Manila and is expected to move slowly north-northwest across the waters east of the Philippines.
The Observatory predicts that the weather in Hong Kong will be sunny for part of the day.
At first there was a light rain or two.
The highest temperature during the day is about 26 degrees.
The breeze was gentle until the easterly wind was fresh, and strong winds were occasionally blowing offshore and on high ground at first.
