Lilibet had to celebrate her first birthday without her uncle William and her aunt Kate.

The first face-to-face meeting between the Cambridges and the Sussex scion is apparently still pending.

There won't be another opportunity any time soon.

Windsor – Short flying visit instead of an extended home visit: Prince Harry (37) and wife Meghan (40) were only a few days in England for the jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II (96).

Apparently there was not much time for meetings with her family, especially Prince William (39) and Kate Middleton (40).

While Harry and Meghan celebrate, William and Kate are out in the service of the crown

The Sussexes only had one official appointment with the royal family as part of the anniversary celebrations.

After the thanksgiving service at St. Paul's Cathedral, Harry and Meghan headed straight back to Windsor, where they celebrated their daughter's first birthday the next day (June 4).

Little Lilibet Diana (1) was finally able to meet her namesake, the Queen, but she probably didn't see certain members of her family.

At the time of the garden party, William and Kate were visiting Cardiff Castle with their children George, 8, and Charlotte, 7, a face-to-face meeting between Lilibet and her cousins was said not to have been on their to-do list.

"William and Kate have done absolutely nothing to introduce Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis [Lilibet]," royal expert Christopher Andersen (73) confided to Us Weekly.

Harry and Meghan are currently not planning another trip to England.

There is still a huge gulf between William and Harry

According to Page Six, Prince William's family of five received an invitation to Lilibet's celebration as a gesture of reconciliation.

The relationship between the sons of Prince Charles (73) is still considered tense.

Prince Harry had caused an uproar in the palace with several interviews and spicy revelations.

In a few months, the relationship between him and his older brother could be put to the test again.

Prince Harry's memoir is due out later this year and will likely shed more intimate details.
