Prime Minister Kretschmann: "Fresh from then"

The other day he saw a miracle, says Winfried Kretschmann at one point on his podcast.
"An open-space photovoltaic system where the modules are no longer inclined, but vertically." The new system generates just as much green electricity as a conventional one, but "now you can plant vegetables in between".
With creative ideas like this there is a chance to slow down climate change.

He is so enthusiastic about the vertical modules that his voice croaks like a pumuckle.
