The Dresden public prosecutor wants to negotiate against a 34-year-old corona demonstrator in accelerated proceedings.
The investigating authority said the man was charged with physical assault on law enforcement officers, resistance to law enforcement officers, dangerous bodily harm and attempted coercion.
He is accused of having rammed a stroller into the abdomen of a police officer at least five times during an unregistered demonstration against corona measures on January 3 in Pirna.
The officer said she was in severe pain.
The suspect had previously shouted at the police officer to let him through a police line with his child in the pram.
At another illegal demonstration on January 10, the 34-year-old is said to have carried his ten-month-old son in his arms in order to be able to pass through a police line.
The man had no criminal record and partially confessed, the prosecutor said.
