As expected, SVA Palzing lost the opening game in the district league at ASV Dachau.

The Palzinger played solidly to prevent the 3-0 defeat, but they would have needed a weak day for their opponents.
And better conditions: With Fabian Radlmaier and Thomas Eckmüller, two cornerstones were canceled at short notice.
SVA coach Sepp Summerer had observed the ASV during its last preparation game. "They have extremely strong individual players," said Summerer. It almost sounded like a little admiration for the enemy. The experienced Palzinger trainer knew that a new top team had come into the league with the Dachauers. And the favorite confirmed Summerer's observations from the first minute. ASV coach Manuel Haupt had adjusted his team well. The Dachau opening goal was a matter of time and fell after a quarter of an hour: Sebastian Mack fooled two opponents on the right corner of the penalty area and put through to Michael Kornprobst. He straightened the ball and hits the far corner.
Three minutes after the lead, the crossbar prevented the second goal after Mack's individual performance. Dimitrios Papadopoulos scored after one of Andreas Roth's dangerous corners by spitting the ball under the crossbar from close range (26th). After half an hour, the Dachau people switched to administration mode. The Palzinger had their best chance at this phase. After a long ball, Ivan Rakonic ran towards the Dachau goal, but ASV keeper Korbinian Dietrich shortened the angle and parried (40th).
After the break, the Dachau team gave the guests no chance to find their way back into the game. Then the time of change began. One of the substitutes was David Dworsky. The offensive player put his foot on the field in the 73rd minute. Hand-stopped 29 seconds later, he cheered his goal to make it 3-0 after the powerhouse Mack blocked a Palzinger free kick and the Dachau team countered the SVA in an exemplary manner. Max Bergner had another hit shortly before the end, but SVA keeper Manfred Bullok just threw up his arms.
