“In Paris, hotel customers are business and tourism customers.
The offer of events and exhibitions is not there.
Travelers stay at home until borders and airports open.
Our daily offer is then the hoteliers' alternative to continue operating ”, underlines David Lebée.
He sees it in his numbers.
Already 500 good addresses listed
It already has 500 good addresses in the capital and in Ile-de-France, in the 3 to 5 star category.
In August, he totaled no less than 15,000 reservations on which he took a commission of 15 to 20% of the rates.
"Since the deconfinement, I see dozens of requests for hotels to enter our network," he admits.

Open since 2017 and immediately registered on the platform, the Laz, a 4-star establishment near the Saint-Lazare station (8th district), explains its interest in this type of rental.

Up to a third of the rooms rented host romantic dates
“And they are always very discreet customers,” underlines Luliana Gana, who will not say more.
David Lebée, for his part, speaks delicately about “last minute impulses”.
And with the deconfinement, it seems that the impulses were even more pressing.
“Depending on the marketing areas, we can estimate that a third of our customers are explained for professional needs or the need to work in peace for a few hours.
Another third, in transport areas, allows a comfortable stopover.
Finally, the last third is more romantic.
And the professionals do not hide it.
There are illegitimate couples in search of local exoticism.
“This can be understood in times of teleworking”, underlines David Lebée.
