After investigating the scene, the police arrested a 28-year-old man surnamed Chen and seized an 8-inch cleaver in his backpack. He was arrested for criminal damage and possession of offensive weapons.
According to the news, when the police arrived at the scene, they found that the man was prying the door of the police car with a stylus. He then went forward to inquire and seized the cleaver in the man's backpack. Someone confessed that he wanted to enter the police car with a sharp weapon because of insomnia. .
