The best way to heat a pizza (@aldentediva)
We all know that in order to enjoy a good spread, it must be eaten as soon as the messenger knocks on the door of the house.
When we are seventy always comes the dilemma: Should we throw away the leftovers or put in the fridge?
We all know that heating in the microwave will ruin it (the cheese on top will come out boiling and the base will stay cold) and the oven will not return it to its greatness (the cheese will come out too crispy).
So many just give up closing a corner the day after and throwing the remaining triangles in the trash.
Now a home cook from New Jersey named Tara claims she has the right method to heat a pizza that will restore her original and quality taste.
She showcased her method on her tiktok account, aldentediva, where she used to share videos offering cooking and baking tips.
According to Tara, the best way to heat a pizza is in a pan - with water.
Yes, you read that right.
While it is common to think that the water will make the base of the pizza spongy, they will actually make the cheese above viscous and delicious just like the day before.
All you have to do is place the pizza triangle in the pan on the fire, pour just a little water around and cover the pan for one minute.
The impressive result she shows in her video and although we are unable to taste it, it certainly looks tempting.

The method was previously published by "Pizza Roberta" from Brooklyn, New York, and many of its customers were satisfied. Pizza Roberta has published a useful guide to heating pizza in 3 minutes. According to the guide:
1. Place a pan on a medium-low flame and put your cold pizza triangle in it.
Allow the pizza to warm for 2 minutes - or until the base is crispy.
3. Lower the heat and carefully add 2 drops of water to the hot pan (without the water touching the pizza).
4. Cover the pizza with a lid for a minute so that the steam created as a result of the drops melts the cheese.
5. Finally, turn off the heat and your pizza will be ready to eat.

Tara's appetizing demo video garnered 2.6 million views and more than 150,000 likes.
"Confession: I'd rather eat it like this than fresh," one wrote in comments and another added, "I keep getting amazed at the amount of things Tiktok has revealed to me that I've done wrong all my life."
Another person reinforced: "This is the only way to do it!"
And another added: "From now on I do not throw any more pizza triangles left in the trash."
