This Tuesday, the elections for the position of President of the Union of Chambers of Commerce will be held. The two contestants are Shahar Turgeman, the chairman of the Brill Group and an associate of Harel Wiesel, and Amir Shani, the chamber's vice president for the past 8 years.

Another prominent contestant, Israela Shtir, announced her retirement from the presidential race and running together with Turgman. "The state is in a hole of NIS 100 billion and the government, instead of taking all kinds of measures, puts its hand in the pockets of the businessmen," she says.
