Charlotte Bartoli, 33, and Charlotte Buisson Dackow, 37, have just opened the Arbre sec distillery in the 1st arrondissement of Paris. The distillery is in the heart of the Trudon mansion, named after Louis XV’s sommelier and wax maker.
At the back of the courtyard, a magical place with a brand new still with gleaming copper. You can even, during workshops, make your own gin and make it in your own image.
