Basic basket: a family needed $690,900 in February to not be poor. The index measured by the INDEC registered an increase of 15.8% compared to January.
The data was released at the same time as February inflation and after the Government ordered the opening of imports for some foods. The Ministry of Economy specified that the affected products will be: banana, potatoes, pork, coffee, tuna, cocoa products, insecticides, shampoos, diapers, among others.
