Women have greater academic training at the undergraduate and postgraduate level in the industry. 25% of the participating wineries indicated having experienced internal problems related to situations of discrimination or gender violence. Between 60% and 67% men occupy the highest positions. This includes general management, management,. management and leadership positions.
