Families with gross income of up to 7 times the Minimum Living and Mobile Wage, that is, up to $1,419,600. Families with children up to 18 years old who attend privately managed public educational institutions at initial, primary and secondary levels with at least 75% state contribution can apply.
Reimbursement is 50% of the value of the single-day rate (without extracurricular activities). Aid cap $27,198 per child. It is credited to the owner's bank account and in principle it is for three months.
