Argentine President Javier Milei will close a business forum in Bariloche this week. The event was started in 2011 by Eduardo Elsztain, owner of almost all the shopping malls in the country.
The owners of the unicorns and several of the main Argentine companies attend. The Forum has strict confidentiality rules and a very rigorous protocol that allow these “under the table” conversations. The President already did so last year in the middle of the campaign and judging by the tweets of many of the attendees, he won them over. The most interesting thing is what arises in personal relationships, says Milei, who has a crowd in that group that supports him. The activity starts on Wednesday the 17th at noon with lunch and continues until Friday the 19th to say goodbye with another meal and a conversation with Milei. In recent years, especially in electoral elections such as 2023, there was a parade of politicians who submitted to an interrogation by attendees. But on this occasion there will be no politicians: they leave the field free to Milei who closes the Forum.
