Sorare is downsizing in New York but will create 28 positions in France. The French sports tech nugget wants to strengthen its product team based in Paris.
Sorare is known for fantasy sports games, based on NFT collectible cards. It will thus eliminate 22 positions (around 13% of its workforce), mainly its New York office which will be maintained with around ten people. It plans to recreate 28 positions this year in Paris, where its headquarters are based. The company wants to strengthening its product development team for 2024, an important year for sport in French.
