In the winter the increase in gas can reach between 999% and 1,229% compared to the March values. Starting in May, electricity and gas rates will be indexed to the evolution of salaries, inflation and even the cost of construction. The adjustment of electricity and natural gas rates per network is motivated by the Government's need to reduce public spending.
