House prices fall again in the eurozone 10 years later. House amounts fell by 1.1% in 2023 in all the countries of the common currency, something that has not happened since the great financial crisis.

Germany is the second country with the largest drop (-7.1%), only behind Luxembourg, which suffered a drop of more than 14%. In the other 13 countries (the eurozone is made up of a total of 20, but the European statistical office does not provide data for Greece), prices continued to rise.
