[HIGHLIGHTS] Inequality: 8 out of 10 women believe they have fewer job opportunities than men

63% of company employees in Argentina consider that men have more opportunities in the world of work than women. Only 40% of men see inequalities in the workplace.

Survey carried out by IDEA (Institute for Business Development of Argentina) among 1,373 people who work in Argentina. Only 16% of the companies with the most turnover in the country have women on their board of directors. In diversity there is talent that must be discovered and encouraged, says Sofía Vago, CEO of Accenture Argentina.
