Madame Figaro meets Arab and Jewish activists. Refusing to give in to despair, they work towards rapprochement.

They are Jewish, Arab, born in the United States, in East Jerusalem and West Jerusalem, but seem united like the fingers of the same hand. More than three months after October 7, the date of the massacre organized by Hamas in southern Israel, these five activists continue to travel the planet and carry out local work. “Unfortunately, I no longer believe in the two-state solution; at least not immediately,” says Karen Brunwasser.
