Madrid investment group C2 Private Capital withdraws its offer to acquire the Castellón factory. The century-old textile company Marie Claire is left without an offer to sell its production plant in Vilafranca (Castellón), closed since June.

The allegations of administration and creditors seeing the investor group's proposal as “insufficient”, which excludes assuming the debt carried by the company, motivate their withdrawal from the court. The decision to withdraw the proposal was made last week, days before the legal deadline expired.
