A vegetable cousin to the dairy product, but without being margarine. It can be cooked, spread, can be used in baking. It is also 20%, not 5.5% like butter. It's called 'Flora' and it's made in the Netherlands. It was developed by a group of Dutch scientists and engineers. It has been created to replace margarine, which has a higher fat content.
