The reversal of the North Gasduct in Argentina will cost about $2.5 billion. The work will allow the flow of natural gas from the north to the south of the country.

The project is part of a larger plan to build a new gas pipeline from the south to the north. The rest of the work will be financed by a loan from the Bank of Latin America. The decision to reverse the gas pipeline was made by the Government of Argentina, not by the National Council of Energy.
