RATP proposes to increase the salaries of its agents by 100 euros gross per month. This represents an average increase of 4.2% for all employees in the historical scope of RATP in Île-de-France.
The unions have until February 20 to sign the agreement. The group's first union has filed a strike notice running from February 5 to September 9, covering the period of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, to denounce "insufficient" salary measures.
