Unregistered workers reached 5,776,000 in the fourth quarter of 2023, according to INDEC data. There are four sectors where there are more unregistered workers than white workers.
Unregistered workers rose from 39.8% of total private employees to 43.5% at the end of last year. Registered salaried and non-salaried jobs increased by 2.3% and 6.4%, respectively, in the same quarter of the previous year.
