Since November, gasoline and diesel prices have accumulated a rise of 220% in just four months. The flip side is the drop in fuel consumption of 4.93% year-on-year between January and February. The sale of grade 2 gasoline collapsed by 0.73%, and grade 3 gasoline only grew by 21.73%.
