The AFIP suspends tax executions and seizures against SMEs and other taxpayers until July 31. The measure reaches microenterprises, small taxpayers, non-profit entities and taxpayers in the health sector.
The novelty was announced by Minister Luis Caputo in networks and is made official this Thursday in the Official Gazette. In September 2023, former Minister of Economy Sergio Massa had ordered the suspension of the start of tax execution trials until December 31, 2023,. inclusive, for small taxpayers and micro and small businesses.
