Steliau is preparing to open a new page in its history. The French fund Astorg takes a majority stake in its capital.
The group of 200 employees has multiplied its income tenfold in the space of ten years, from 20 million to 200 million euros in turnover. It is now present in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy and Spain. The company designs, integrates and distributes a whole range of electronic solutions to a clientele of 4,000 businesses and professionals. It has bought four companies in Europe in recent years.
