Bank of Israel study shows that the lower wages that women receive are often due to working in organizations that pay less. Only a negligible part of the wage gap is attributed to different wages between men and women.

Women who work in the labor market, such as female soldiers, do contribute additional qualities. They need compensation for jobs that match this - flexible working hours; the possibility of remote work; and adequate wages for professions considered morefeminine. Equality in pay at the same employer is very important, prevents wrongful discrimination and deprivation.
