The Upper House is examining, this Tuesday, a bill which establishes a High Simplification Council for businesses. The council would be responsible for testing the impact of standards before their implementation.

The text was first submitted to the law committee of the Upper House, then adopted. If the PPL is adopted, the representative organizations will sit on it. All this to ensure the necessity, adequacy and proportionality of the standards that apply to businesses. And to “ loosen the often counterproductive normative shackles imposed on economic activities ”
