The European Commission gives the green light to the acquisition of Bolloré Logistics by CMA CGM. But it calls for corrective measures to be taken to avoid a reduction in competition in the maritime transit service markets in Martinique, Guadeloupe and French Guiana.
Brussels is proposing that all of Bolloré Logistics' activities in Guadelupe, Martinique, Saint-Martin and French Guiana be sold, and several assets linked to these activities in mainland France be sold.
