Former Undersecretary of Electrical Energy Sergio Falzone held his position for two months without an official designation. But he did not earn the trust of Luis Caputo, who used that same decree to name his replacement.

Falzone was in charge of the design and implementation of the incipient reform of the electricity sector proposed by the Secretary of Energy. He was an executive at the Sociedad Argentina de Energa (SADESA) group, where he later sold shares - which he later sold - along with other partners. His successor, Eduardo Sanfilippo, had been working in his role for almost a month before he was fired by Caputo, and his replacement was appointed. The rule was signed by President Javier Milei and the Minister of Security, Patricia Bullrich. And it whitewashes what was happening in the second line of the Ministry of Energy, which is headed by Eduardo Rodrguez Chirillo.
