The Government insists on removing from the US the trial for the nationalization of YPF. The national State appealed Loretta Preska's ruling that forces Burford to pay US$ 16,000 million for the 2012 expropriation decided by Kirchnerism.
The legal defense ensures that the United States cannot interfere in Argentine law. The two briefs were presented before the Court of Appeals of the Second Circuit of New York, regarding the contrary rulings issued by Judge Lorettapreska in the cases initiated by Petersen and Eton Park.
