Vivendi will sell its international festival and ticketing activities to German company CTS Eventim. Vivendi's concert hall activities, including L'Olympia in Paris, are not affected by this agreement.
The amount of the transaction was not specified. The Vivendi group, controlled by Vincent Bolloré, recorded a net profit of 405 million euros in 2023, after a loss of one billion the previous year. Its turnover increased to 10.5 billion, thanks in particular to the performance of its audiovisual subsidiary Canal+.
